Architectural Surfaces is looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Panel Saw Operator to oversee the accurate cutting and handling of materials. This role involves ensuring the quality and precision of cuts, maintaining equipment, and organizing materials for downstream processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain blade quality, replacing blades as needed to ensure precise cuts.
- Cut materials accurately, ensuring grain-matched doors and drawers are oriented properly.
- Label each part as it is cut and stack them on pallets for further processing.
- Perform periodic operator maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized sawing area, adhering to safety standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating panel saw equipment or similar machinery.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in grain alignment and material handling.
