Position Vision
The sales support role is to partner the sales design team in recording / creating, closing their sales, building customer loyalty, and prospecting new clients. The Sales Support is responsible to help maintain the day-to-day operations and look of the showroom. This role s key responsibility is to support the sales team and store manager to help them increase sales, identify new opportunities, and close business.
Requirements : Do you have :
- Great merchandising, customer service and presentation skills
- The ability to quickly connect with people and build relationships
- Can you type 50 wpm
- Solid CRM Software Experience (preferably Salesforce)
- Resourcefulness in satisfying customer needs
- Unbridled energy and determination?
- A Let s get it done attitude?
Experience in a retail sales environment, with working knowledge of retail practices and procedures, is a plus. Solid computer, systems, and math skills are required.
