Estimator/Project Manager

Job Summary
The Estimating/Project Manager plays a crucial role in the success of our construction projects by overseeing the estimating process from initial bid preparation to final project execution.

Duties

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for various construction projects, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and scope, facilitating effective communication between teams.
• Utilize software tools for efficient estimating and project management.
• Conduct thorough reviews of bid documents, contracts, and specifications to identify potential risks and opportunities

• background in estimating with a focus on accuracy and detail.
• Proficient in project management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with estimating software is preferred.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
