Material Handler
Material Handler Job Responsibilities:
Willingness/Ability to obtain a forklift certification.
Contributes to the orderly operation of the stock and/or materials storage area.
Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.
Documents materials and records units delivered and location of units.
Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections.
Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items onto and off trucks and trailers.
Keeps inventory, loading areas, and equipment clean.
Learns and adheres to workplace safety regulations.
Work Hours & Benefits
7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday, plus potential overtime
