Experience required:
Minimum 2 years in welding/fabrication shop environment
Ability to arrive on time and ready to work
Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner
Ability to follow direction and exercise good judgment
High attention to detail
Willingness to learn new skills and tasks
Perform basic math
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
OSHA 10 Certified or willingness to get certified
Job Duties/Responsibilities: (Duties and responsibilities may vary by position requirements)
Ability to work in a team setting and perform tasks as directed by fabrication lead
Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
Ability to correctly use/read a measuring tape, square, calipers, protractor, and any other necessary tools.
Ability to properly and safely operate specialized equipment in the shop such as circular saws, band saws, automated saws, iron worker, sheers, drill press,
Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to PPE guidelines
Follow company policies on attendance, safety, and quality.
Maintain a positive attitude and high level of ethics and integrity
Proficient or willingness to become proficient in Salesforce and Google Drive
Clean, inspect, maintain, and care for company provided tools and equipment
Ability to read and properly interpret blueprints, plans, and layouts
Demonstrates the ability to lead by example and treat others with dignity and professionalism
Willingness to perform duties outside of the normal scope of work as requested by management

Hand Tools (Screwdrivers, socket sets, tape measures, angle finders, punches, tap and dies, etc.)
Tool boxes
Hammers (all types)
Steel Toes (recommended but not required)
