What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Administrator position at ARCHITECTURAL FABRICATION, INC.?
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the Salesforce platform and related applications.
Responsibilities:
Handle administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields
Managing user profiles, roles and permissions, flows, lighting pages
Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system, and implement these changes as appropriate
Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as approval processes, validation rules, and Salesforce flow builder
Provide support to salesforce users, troubling issues and resolve technical problems
Attributes/Experience/Skills:
Required:
Proven understanding of Salesforce administration, including Salesforce lightning framework
Understanding of Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships and fields
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred:
Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce administrator preferred
Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified preferred
