Finisher Painter

Architectural Justice is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Finisher/Painter to join our artisan team. This position plays a vital role in the finishing process of our custom cabinetry, furniture, and interior components. Key Responsibilities

• Sand, distress, and prep wood surfaces for finishing
• Mix and apply stains, paints, and clear coats using spray equipment
• Apply highlight and dry-brushed glazes for custom finishes
• Disassemble and reassemble cabinet doors and drawers
• Ensure a clean and consistent finish across all products

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficient with hand tools and paint spraying equipment
• Able to read a tape measure accurately and understand fractions
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with color matching and custom finishing techniques is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of woodworking or finishing experience (preferred)
