About the Role : Senior Marketing Manager
We seek an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the design, creation, and delivery of marketing programs and proposals while working with cross functional teams to deliver marketing messages that improve brand awareness. This includes but is not limited to social media campaigns, brochures, corporate brand, and assisting with communications, media and award submissions. This role reports to the COO.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the development of proposals, presentations and interviews
- Manage the firm’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, lnstagram)
- Provide updates to the firm’s website.
- Coordination of consultants (PR, photographers, website designer and partners).
- Lead award submissions
- Manage the firm’s CRM
- Provide updates to the firm’s marketing collateral.
- Support in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts.
- Conduct research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and prepare reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing
- Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to their team while providing instructions for promotion or use.
- Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, events and meetings by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts.
- Maintain an inventory and directory of marketing support content and making sure all resources are accurate and current while creating marketing content.
