The Residential Design Sales Person will be responsible for showcasing our passion for high-end residential design to engage with architects, designers, and contractors in our showroom.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss stone and tile aspects of residential projects and provide expert recommendations.
- Assess project scope and constraints to recommend materials that meet client needs.
- Conduct daily follow-up to clients with quotes and invoices, providing timely and accurate information.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships and interactions.
- Present monthly sales projections to the team, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (design or certificate in residential design preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong knowledge of stone and tile products, as well as kitchen and bath design.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and understand construction processes.
