We enable them to work with a single source to get their product the market access success they need. What are we looking for? The Facility Maintenance Assistant / Janitor is Part Time position working up to 20 hours weekly onsite at our campus of seven office buildings.
The ideal candidate will join the existing facility maintenance team to clean and provide upkeep for all the office spaces and buildings.
They will perform sanitation of all high uses areas to include cafeteria / kitchenettes, offices, and bathrooms, maintain cleaning supplies, operate cleaning equipment, etc.
to keep our campus in a clean and orderly condition. What you'll do :
- Tidy / dust, clean, and disinfect office, kitchen and bathroom surfaces within the buildings
- Sweep and mop hard floors, staircase & vacuum carpets
- Wash windows and clean glass doors, walls, and mirrors
- Replenish and restock kitchen and bathroom supplies
- Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuums and floor cleaners
- Collect and remove trash from a buildings or spaces and place in appropriate dumpsters
- Perform outdoor upkeep as necessary, including trash removal
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Make minor adjustments or repairs as needed
- Notify supervisor when major repairs, including structural issues or highly skilled tasks, are required
- Maintain a level of security in a building, such as locking doors, storing keys, and using access codes for restricted areas and rooms.
