Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at Architectural Vision Group, Ltd. Lead the development of design solutions, construction drawings, project specifications, and cost projections for various projects.
Oversee collaboration and communication between internal teams, external consultants, clients, and other stakeholders. Handle administrative tasks such as crafting proposals, preparing presentations, and managing consultant agreements. Ensure adherence to technical standards, building codes, and maintain design integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with the project team to interpret design concepts and transform them into detailed, executable plans.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of Project Management Experience
- Experience in K-12 Design and Construction is preferred
- Registered Architect is preferred
- Experience in AutoCad and Revit
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture is a minimum, Masters of Architecture Preferred
- Salary is commensurate with skill level and experience.
