We are seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join Architectural Window and Door, a
premier window and door supply company serving custom home builders in Southwest Florida. If you

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for custom home builders, delivering exceptional service
- Leverage your existing book of business to drive sales of high-quality windows and doors,
- Proactively identify new business opportunities with high-end builders, gaining their trust and
- Analyze architectural plans, complete accurate window and door takeoffs, and build precise
- Manage client expectations, provide expert guidance on product selection, and ensure a
Sales Execution & Financial Growth
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets in Southwest Florida's
- Prepare accurate quotes, track sales progress, and ensure timely follow-through on orders and
- Provide cost transparency and align offerings with builder budgets and timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with custom home builders, architects, and designers to
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and compliance
- Attend industry events and site visits to strengthen client relationships and promote our brand.
Who You Are
- Experienced Sales Professional - 5 years in sales in the construction, window/door industry.
- Connected - Existing book of business with loyalty from at least 3 high-end custom home
- Detail-Oriented & Proactive - Strong ability to manage multiple accounts, timelines, and
- Tech-Savvy - Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (experience with Procore a plus).
- Exceptional Communicator - Skilled at engaging builders, architects, and decision-makers with
- Results-Driven - Passionate about exceeding sales goals while maintaining a client-first mindset.
- Industry Compliant - Clean driving record, background check, and commitment to a Drug-Free
