Kitchen Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming clients' kitchen visions into reality by providing expert design solutions and exceptional customer service. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, while also managing the entire design process from concept to completion.

Duties

• Collaborate with clients to assess their kitchen design needs and preferences.
• Create innovative kitchen layouts and designs using design software.
• Present design concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback into final plans.
• Maintain knowledge of current market trends in kitchen design and remodeling.
• Manage account relationships by providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to measure spaces and ensure designs are feasible.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Upsell additional products or services that enhance the overall kitchen design experience.
• Stock and maintain inventory of samples, materials, and product literature for client presentations.

Experience

• Proven experience in kitchen design or a related field is preferred.
• Strong background in remodeling projects with a focus on residential kitchens.
• Demonstrated skills in account management and customer relationship building.
• Experience in both inside sales and outside sales is a plus.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., CAD) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating functional yet aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Pay: $61,306.00 - $71,910.00 per year
