Job Summary:
The Project Manager will plan, schedule, implement, and monitor project activities, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure contract requirements, project specifications, and deadlines are met. They also play a key role in gathering equipment/supplies, resources, and information to support the project team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Reviews contract specifications, drawings, sales orders, and other project documents to understand requirements.
· Leads an interdepartmental team to complete assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
· Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
· Act as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
· Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk.
· Manages project related paperwork and ensures all documents are accurate and properly filed.
· Organizes, attends, and participates in stakeholder meetings.
· Schedules and coordinates work with and of appropriate department staff so that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
· Ensures projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
· Directs project correspondence by preparing and reviewing proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails.
· Identifies potential problems or technical issues and develops solutions.
· Identifies, acquires, and ensures the availability of materials and supplies.
· Creates a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
· Prepares workforce projections based on a summary of labor hours and material costs for each project.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

· At least three years of related experience required.
· PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
· Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
