Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm EST (full-time)

Pay: $24.00 - $28.85 annually

Athletic Trainer Job Description

Archive seeks a full-time Athletic or Personal Trainer who will work on-site in the clinic at our client’s manufacturing facility in Greenville, OH. You will work with patients to help improve their core strength, flexibility, and activities of daily living.

Athletic Trainer Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients for treatment
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Work with patients on treatment plans and maintenance techniques to improve patient’s health
• Evaluate if treatment plans are effective, change treatments as needed
• Work with patients on prevention education (e.g. leading a class on how to do preventative stretches/exercises)
• Assist the company with programs such as ergonomics, strength training, stretching techniques, and pain management.
• Charting on our EMR system
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Team player mentality - comfortable working and building relationships with others in small clinic setting (reporting to Clinic Lead, working alongside a Medical Assistant)
• Personal or Athletic trainer certification, bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent background experience for the right candidate.
• Bilingual in or ability to speak Spanish preferred
• Experience with an EMR system preferred

• Must possess great customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Ability to establish rapport and trust with employees and management at client site
• Flexibility in the work environment: adapting to help out when unforeseen problems arise
• Discretion and commitment to confidentiality and careful communication
