An Enterprise Healthcare system, located in Ada, Oklahoma is looking for an Epic Sr. Project Manager for an initial 12-month engagement. The position requires the contractor to be onsite in Ada, OK 20-25% of the time while on contract.  A typical schedule would be Monday-Thursday one week per month. 

For the candidate to be considered, the following requirements must be met: 

• Highly skilled project manager with PMP certifications and a demonstrated history of successfully delivering complex projects

• Expertise in ServiceNow: Proven ability to manage projects spanning multiple disciplines, including third-party application integrations and large-scale initiatives such as Epic implementations.

• Epic Experience: Experience with full life cycle Epic application implementations. Recent build experience is highly valuable.

• Epic Background: Previous employment at Epic is highly advantageous.

• Epic Certifications: Epic certifications are highly advantageous.

• Project Management Skills: Strong project management abilities.
• Successful Application Deployments: Demonstrated track record of deploying Epic applications on time, within budget, and meeting scope.
• Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel as needed to support project implementations.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth understanding of Epic applications and their integration with third-party systems.
• Vendor Coordination: Experience in managing vendor relationships for application support and integration.
• Stakeholder Communication: Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
