Overview: Performs maintenance and repair of gas processing equipment such as dehydration, separation units and/or components of related equipment at the shop and/or customer's locations, as directed.
Essential Duties:
- Maintains a safe and well-organized work environment.
- Must be able to complete all entry level duties.
- Works with minimum to no assistance from a technical expert.
- Diagnoses and repairs problems on multiple natural gas processing, natural gas production, oil production and oil processing equipment. And related components/equipment.
- Performs Major Maintenance (MM), washouts ,filtration maintenance as part of a team.
- Performs preventive Maintenance (PM) operates the regen unit on customers location.
- Must be able to operate large equipment which will need CDL certification with air brake endorsement.
- Completes and submits required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
Non-Essential Duties: Performs other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities:
Ability to:
- Perform all essential duties.
- Demonstrate proficiency in accurately and efficiently diagnosing and repairing problems on multiple natural gas processing, natural gas production, oil production and oil processing equipment configurations.
- Show track record of performing Preventative Maintenance (PM) with no guidance and warranties due to poor PM work.
- Perform Major Maintenance (MM), Overhauls, and MOB/DEMOB as part of a team on production equipment.
- Perform most Call Outs (CO) without to minimal assistance from a technical expert.
- Demonstrate customer service skills.
- Read, write and speak English (work orders, manuals, etc.).
- Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures.
- Use intermediate computer skills, Internet google beta and Microsoft office Outlook.
- Complete and submit company required documentation in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Respond to customers.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of natural gas processing, natural gas production, oil production and oil production equipment, electrical systems, skid wiring, burner igniters control systems.
- Knowledge of some new technologies.
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting pneumatic systems and fuel trains systems.
- Working knowledge of relevant HSE procedures and regulations.
- General understanding of customer’s production equipment.
- General understanding of all processes and systems and how natural gas processing, natural gas production, oil production and oil processing equipment functions.
- Knowledge of company maintenance standards checklist and ability to accurately and completely follow.
Minimum Education and Certification:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record with CDL air brake endorsement.
- Natural gas processing, natural gas production, oil production and oil production equipment school/training preferred.
Minimum Experience:
- Typically at least 10 years of experience with natural gas processing, natural gas production, oil production and oil processing equipment.
