Duties
- Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives to enhance the quality of the preschool program.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children.
- Manage budgeting processes to allocate resources effectively while maintaining program quality.
- Educate staff on best practices in early childhood education, fostering professional development.
- Lead, mentor, and support teaching staff to promote a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Establish strong relationships with parents and the community to support children's development.
- Monitor compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards, ensuring the highest quality of care and education.
- Cover Kitchen, Classrooms, and any other duties needed to ensure smooth operations
Experience
A degree from a recognized university in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required.
- Proven experience in education administration or leadership roles within an educational setting is essential.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and management are highly desirable.
