Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Floater to join our team. This role is essential in providing additional assistance to teachers and engaging with children in meaningful ways that promote their development and learning.
Duties
- Assist teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and transitions between activities.
- Support the emotional and social development of children by encouraging positive interactions.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Participate in curriculum development and contribute ideas for engaging learning experiences.
- Monitor children's behavior and implement behavior management strategies as needed.
- Assist with standardized testing procedures when applicable.
- Engage in physical education activities to promote health and wellness among preschoolers.
- Foster literacy education through storytelling, reading sessions, and interactive games.
