- Assess children's progress through standardized testing and observations, providing feedback to parents as needed.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support children's early intervention needs.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to build strong relationships within the school community.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of childhood development.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children in a preschool or early childhood setting is essential.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices.
- Familiarity with lesson planning strategies tailored for preschool-aged children.
- Experience in tutoring or providing individualized support to children is a plus.
