What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Office Cleaner (Clayton) position at Archway Building Maintenance, Inc.?

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, detail-oriented, general cleaner and restroom cleaner to work part-time evenings at corporate office building in Clayton. Experience is not necessary as we are happy to train those who are willing to learn.
Shifts are 3 or 4 hours and start at 5 or 5:30PM Monday through Friday. There may be opportunities to work additional hours when available.
Examples of Responsibilities:
- Emptying trash and recycling
- High and low dusting
- Damp wiping/sanitizing horizontal surfaces (within reach)
- Vacuuming carpets, rugs, mats, etc.
- Sweeping or dust mopping hard surface floors
- Damp/wet mopping hard surface floors
- Sanitizing restroom surfaces and floors, and restocking dispensers
- Cleaning kitchen and break areas
- Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
Commercial cleaning involves extensive walking, standing, bending, lifting (up to 25lbs), stretching, pushing and pulling. In addition to stooping, kneeling or crouching; reaching with hands and arms; climbing stairs; talking and hearing.
Ability to read, speak, and understand English is mandatory.
Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
