We are seeking to add a highly motivated and energetic full-time New Patient Concierge Associate to our successful team in Danbury! The ideal candidate should have a strong work-ethic, be a team player and possess the ability to multitask.

Specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Act as concierge for new patients, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience
- Send and process new patient forms including health histories and records releases
- Verify insurance eligibility, obtain x-rays, and prepare each electronic patient chart prior to their first appointment
- Convert inbound calls, emails, and web chats from prospective patients into successfully scheduled appointments
- Schedule initial appointments for doctors and hygienists in multiple locations
- Superior customer service skills, with the ability to infuse personality, empathy, and enthusiasm into each patient contact
- Excellent computer and technology skills
- Ability to handle a steady phone volume
- A willingness to learn & grow
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Available to work a total of 5 days per week.
Preferred Qualities
- Dental office experience
- Dentrix software experience
