In 2003, a three-story addition was completed on the north end of the hospital. The new patient tower houses the Emergency Department and Ambulatory Care on the first floor, swing space and Obstetrics on the second floor and Medical / Surgical Unit along with ICU on the third floor. The construction project is part of a $17.2 million commitment to centralizing outpatient services on the first floor for better customer convenience.
