About the Job: As a Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for performing clinical duties, including preventative and therapeutic measures for patient healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chart documentation according to clinic standards
- Follow-up on specific disease categories and no show evaluations
- Review laboratory, x-ray and referral documents prior to filing
- Health Education coordination for patient follow-up
- Refer to approved medical protocols and/or guidelines for treatment
- Participate in on-call schedules
- Provide phone triage
- Record/dictate notes for each patient visit
- FOLLOW Medical Records guidelines for chart maintenance
- Provide accurate date on encounter form
- Read and sign off on all medical records, lab results, and other patient data, prior to being filed in patient chart
