* Full-time BC/BE pulmonary/critical care physician with a strong interest in academics.
* Candidate has an interest in pulmonary clinic being a part of their practice.
* Candidate has an interest in heading up the critical care fellowship site director position.
* The successful candidate will actively participate in our critical care fellowship program.
* Strong interest in ECMO support
* Highly competitive salary base plus quality bonus and benefits
* No RVU/productivity requirement
* Flexible scheduling with 15 twelve-hour shifts per month
