Seeking Dermatologist to join as partner in growing group!
A Partner position is a no-buy-in partnership and means someone will join day one as Partner in the practice. They will receive top of market compensation for work they do, and additionally are given practice profit sharing and equity. As the lead provider for the practice, their vision is used to set the course of the practice for expansion, services offered, scheduling, and staffing. This is the position for someone who would like their own practice with someone else taking care of the administrative aspects of practice management. Our Partners have been very satisfied. In 18 years we have not had a partner leave us for any reason other than retirement.
