* Located in ***Mililani, HI*** - just 20 minutes Honolulu
* Full-time, permanent opening
* Private practice
* Joining a well-established, provider-focused group
* 3 Physicians, including a Mohs Surgeon, & 3 PAs
* Schedule: 4.5 days/week, but open to 4 days/week
* Clinic hours: 8am 5pm

* Infrastructure in place to set yourself up and run your own show
* Office space readily available
* Tremendous amount of aesthetic equipment available, but not required
* Digital dermpath

**Compensation package:**
* Comp: $400k guarantee or 40% of collections up to $1M; 45% of collections after $1M
* Equity Partnership: 2 years to partnership (buy-in, can use ownership profits)
* Relocation: $20k
* Commencement bonus: $20k - $25k
* Student loan repayment negotiable; potential for up to 5 years, $20k/year
