**Role & Location:**
Academic Primary Care Physician with clinical and faculty responsibilities
Located in Winsted, CT (Litchfield County)
**Setting & Schedule:**
Office-based, 100% outpatient care
Full-time, weekdays only, with a mix of precepting, patient care, and administrative time
**Call Details:**
Minimal phone call: ~2 weekends/year and 1 weeknight every 2 months
**Compensation & Benefits:**
Base salary starting at $250,000 with uncapped incentive bonuses
Loan repayment, sign-on bonus, and relocation stipend
Paid CME time and budget, professional license reimbursement
