Currently seeking to recruit full-time Family Medicine Physicians for our new office location in Ballston Spa, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to join the capital regions largest physician-led healthcare system with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support as we continue to develop and grow throughout Saratoga County.
OPPORTUNITY DETAILS
Option to work 4-day work week;
Call Rotation 1:9, telephone only;
1:1 Physician MA ratio;
EPIC electronic medical record in both the acute and ambulatory settings;
Strong network of specialist support
REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants should have the following:
Board Certified
NYS licensure
DEA
RECRUITMENT PACKAGE:
Competitive salary with incentives
Excellent benefits; including health/vision/dental insurances
Paid malpractice, including post employment tail coverage
CME time & expense allowance
Paid time away from the practice
Retirement savings program with employer matching program
Bonus: $100k total; 50k; retention in 2nd year 25k; retention year 3: 25k
