About the Medical Center

The medical center is an acute care, 15-bed Critical Access Hospital with an Outpatient Family Medicine Clinic.

The clinic has approximately 165 full and part-time employees.

The scope of services includes:

• 24-hour ER services
• Inpatient and outpatient med/surg
• Physical Therapy
• Swingbed Care
• Obstetrics with two LDR rooms
• Lab
• Radiology
• Hospice care

The radiology services include ultrasound, CT, and mobile MRI.

About the Community

Grangeville is located at the edge of the Bitterroot Mountains to the south and the Camas Prairie to the north.

The community has a population of 16,000 residents, with approximately 4,000 residents living in the surrounding area.

The elevation of Grangeville is 3,500 feet, featuring warm summer days, mild winters, and four seasons of outdoor recreation.

Five major rivers cut through the diverse landscape, offering a variety of seasonal recreation including world-class fishing, hunting, and superb whitewater rafting.

Two national forests are nearby, providing opportunities for bird and game hunting, hiking, 4-wheeling, mountain biking, and camping.
