Geriatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Opening in Connecticut
We are seeking a full-time, experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our REACH Program serving geriatric patients in the greater Willimantic area.

Requirements:
- Licensure: Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
- Training: APRN (Family, Adult/Geri Nurse Practitioner) or PA
- Experience: At least two years of post-graduate experience as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA)
