About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled CRNA to join our team at Archway Physician Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing anesthesia care in a variety of settings.
Job Summary: This is a full-time, permanent position with a hospital-employed status. The CRNA will be responsible for providing anesthesia services to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
Schedule and Call Schedule: The work schedule includes various shifts, including 10-hour and 12-hour shifts. Call coverage is required, with one day on call per week and one weekend per month.
Compensation Package: Our medical center offers an excellent compensation package, including a competitive salary, benefits, retirement plans, PTO, CEU allowance, and a signing bonus. The compensation package includes two options for W2 employment: a base salary with a sign-on bonus of $20,000/year (1-year commitment), $40,000/year (2-year commitment), or $60,000/year (3-year commitment).
