Archway Physician Recruitment is seeking a skilled Inpatient Medicine Physician to join our team at a top-rated health system in Fairmont, Minnesota. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to patients referred to the service.
About the Role
This Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician will work in a dynamic practice within a financially stable organization that prioritizes patient satisfaction and care quality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care from admission to discharge for all patients referred to the service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care through accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and timely management of complex medical conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimize patient outcomes.
- Work 121 shifts per year as .75 FTE with ten days on followed by twenty days off, covering 12-hour shifts from 6a-6p, with APP coverage from 6p-6a.
- Manage approximately 15 encounters per day, utilizing clinical expertise to address diverse patient needs.
Qualifications
- M.D., D.O., or foreign degree equivalent.
- Eligibility for Minnesota medical license.
- Board Certification/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or in final year of ACGME accredited program leading to certification.
