Job Title: Internal Medicine Department Director
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to serve as the Internal Medicine Department Director in our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the overall clinical vision of the organization, ensuring alignment with its mission and business strategy.
- Provide clinical direction to Staff IM Physicians and NPs, as well as directly providing patient care.
- Drive the development and implementation of programs that support and improve the organization's overall performance.
Key Requirements:
- Flexible schedule with general daytime hours, up to 2 evenings per week, and rotating Saturdays (1/2 days).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
