NP / PA Primary Care opportunity in Stayton, OR - Located 15 minutes from Salem and 1 hour from Portland.
About the Job : Full-time, permanent position seeking a Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner to enhance our healthcare team of innovative leaders. The role involves 32-36 hours of clinical patient care per week, with attendant administrative time and tasks. The Health Group includes several RHC-designated primary care clinics and several specialty clinics.
Responsibilities : Care for a spectrum of primary care concerns on a given day, seeing a panel of families and individuals through both chronic illnesses and acute concerns. The provider will be the anchor of an integrated clinical team, including medical assistants, behavioral health clinicians, community health workers, and others. The successful candidate may be flexible in providing care across our clinic system, working with multiple colleagues from week to week, or may be located in a home clinic.
Qualifications : Active Licensed PA or NP in the state of Oregon. Current DEA License. 2 or more years of experience, preferably in rural community medicine.
