Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled ENT physician to join our medical staff at our hospital in Oroville, California. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive compensation and benefits package.
About the Role
- 1 physician practice, 1 midlevel
- 1 in 2 call
- Light inpatient consult burden
The current compensation plan is based on percent of charges, but we will be moving to a wRVU model in the future. You will have the opportunity to work in an operating room 2x week and see 20-25 patients in a typical full day of clinic.
