Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Medical Director Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our 18-bed inpatient rehab unit in Marion, Indiana.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with the Program Director and clinical team to provide medical direction in accordance with facility policies, state and federal laws, CMS, and The Joint Commission guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient care planning.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
- Ability to work independently as an independent contractor.
- Flexible schedule, part-time (20 hours per week).
