**Position Details:**
Role: Primary Care Physician (Adults 18 )
Location: Fairfield, CT
Setting: 100% office-based, outpatient primary care
Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only, with an option for a 4-day work week
Call: Minimal, averaging 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight every two months
Base Salary: Starts at $250,000
Other Compensation: Uncapped incentive bonus, loan repayment support, sign-on bonus, and relocation stipend
