**Position Details**
Primary Care Physician treating adult patients (18 )
100% office-based outpatient care
**Location:**
Litchfield, CT
**Schedule:**
Full-time, weekdays only, with an option for a 4-day work week
Minimal phone call: ~2 weekends/year and 1 weeknight every 2 months
**Compensation & Benefits:**
Base salary starting at $250,000 with uncapped incentives
