Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Membership Consultant-Field Healthcare Representative, based in Oklahoma City, OK, with some work from home flexibility. The consultant will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential members, conducting membership sales, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with prospective members, explaining membership benefits, ensuring a smooth enrollment process, and maintaining an ongoing relationship with members to ensure satisfaction and retention.
