Job Summary :
The Clinical Applications Training Specialist will serve as an internal subject matter expert in use of the clinical applications to deliver quality care to our members. They will collaborate with Learning and Development to develop learning and providing training for the delivery of the applications content to operations support team members assigned to the centers and market launch teams. The team will continually be developing new training objectives as new functionality rolls out. The incumbent will serve as the Subject Matter Expert on clinical applications to all training colleagues responsible for training and supporting operational workflows aligned with elements of eCW, clinical applications, and workflows of their role. These individuals will "train the training" colleagues and will be accountable for all artifacts and knowledge management resources supporting the learning journey. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, have a deep understanding of operations and use of eCW and other clinical applications to accomplish key workflows, demonstrate a collaborative spirit and growth mindset, and will be passionate about developing training to equip colleagues for success.
