An Arcis Golf Executive Chef is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the culinary operations within a golf club or resort setting. Their primary role is to ensure the highest quality food and service are delivered to members and guests, while adhering to budget and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Development and Execution:Creating menus for various events, daily specials, and catering needs, ensuring menu items meet quality standards and align with the club's brand.
- Kitchen Management:Overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Staff Management:Leading and supervising the kitchen team, including sous chefs, line cooks, and other staff. Providing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Inventory and Cost Control:Monitoring food inventory, managing costs, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Financial Management:Developing and managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring profitability within the culinary department.
- Communication and Collaboration:Maintaining open communication with other departments, including the front office, event planning, and management, to ensure smooth operations and seamless service delivery.
- Quality Assurance:Maintaining high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Culinary Expertise:Proven experience as a chef, with a strong understanding of culinary techniques and food preparation.

Arcis Golf Executive Chef positions often require:
