Front Desk Responsibilities :
- Greet everyone with a smile, introduce yourself, connect with the member and make them feel welcome
- If a new member or guest, get them familiar with the gym, protocols and actively walk them around the gym
- Be assertive and anticipate needs : Would you like a towel, if you cannot find something please ask, if you need a spot I'm here to help, have a great workout
- Help promote events around the entire club, familiarize yourself with monthly happenings around the club so you are comfortable discussing them with members
- Wipe down the fitness center and tidy up every HOUR making sure members see you on the floor cleaning
- Get out on the floor so more members can access you if needed
- Mirrors need to be free of handprints and smudges
- All equipment needs to be neatly put away and faced so you can easily see the weight of the equipment
- Cardio & Strength equipment cleaned every hour - making sure you wipe them down top to bottom (where the sweat drips) - make sure you are familiar with how the Peloton works, initial set up, blue tooth, etc.
- Group Fitness Studio needs to be swept daily, floor clean and cleared. Make sure the storage area stays clean and organized
- All trash cans must be emptied before closing including the restroom
- Tennis Ball Machine Key : in the fall left drawer, have members sign the clip board when they take the key and check them off when they return it
