Scope:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and versatile Front of House Team Member to join our team. This role combines serving, bartending, beverage cart operation, and support duties to ensure guests receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will anticipate guest needs, deliver a high-quality dining and beverage experience, and assist with various front-of-house tasks to maintain a seamless operation.
Primary Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
- Take orders, deliver food and beverages promptly, and ensure guests have everything they need for an excellent dining experience.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly.
- Assist other team members as needed, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and keeping the front of house clean and organized.
- Provide a welcoming environment, engage with guests professionally, and respond to their needs proactively.
- Ensure that all front-of-house areas (including bar and beverage cart) meet health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in serving, bartending, or working in food and beverage is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry trays, move beverage cart supplies, and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Excellent customer skills.
- Valid driver’s license (required for beverage cart operation).
Working Conditions:
Will often be required to work nights, weekends and holidays.
