The Golf Operations Manager at Tamarack Golf Club is responsible for overseeing the daily golf operations, ensuring a high-quality experience for guests. This role includes managing the tee sheet, coordinating staff, handling customer service, and ensuring the course is well-maintained. The manager also oversees scheduling, organizes tournaments and events, monitors inventory, and works to increase revenue through green fees, memberships, and pro shop sales. Additionally, the Golf Operations Manager collaborates with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and drive business growth.
