Dominion is seeking several swim instructors to support the head coach during the swim season. These instructors will evaluate the skills of swimmers and oversee small groups during practice sessions. They will motivate and encourage swimmers both during practice and swim meets, fostering a positive environment for the team. Additionally, instructors will assist with the organization and management of the team to ensure a smooth and effective season.
