Position Overview
We’re looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Continuous Improvement Specialist to transform data and processes into actionable insights. This role is essential in helping us identify opportunities for efficiency, implement innovative solutions, and ensure sustainable improvements across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Systems Analysis & Improvement: Evaluate and recommend improvements to core systems, including CRM, SIS, financial aid platforms, and other operational tools.
- Process Optimization: Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to streamline operations and improve output.
- Data Visualization & Reporting: Use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI to create tables, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with all teams to understand pain points, gather feedback, and implement tailored solutions.
- Automation & Integration: Lead projects to integrate and automate systems to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze trends, interpret data, and provide recommendations to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Change Management: Ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies by effectively communicating, training, and supporting teams.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Expertise:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Sheets).
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or other business platforms.
- Knowledge of database structures, queries, and data integration is a plus.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification: Current certification preferred, or a willingness to obtain Lean Six Sigma certification within the first year of employment.
- Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to analyze complex data and processes, identifying trends and actionable solutions.
