• Receiving, verifying, and processing overhead invoices from vendors and suppliers throughout the month
• Reconciling accounts payable records with the general ledger to ensure accuracy while dentifying and resolving any discrepancies
• Work on a daily basis with the vendors and industry partners on issues with billing and payments
• Reviewing and processing employee expense reports, ensuring they comply with company policies and are properly documented.
• Maintain and prepare the monthly collection reports
• Work on a variety of miscellaneous issues delegated by Accounting team
• Develop and maintain positive relations with the Accounting team and Project Managers

• High School Diploma required
• 2-4  years of accounting experience
• Construction accounting experience is a plus 
• Must possess effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion
• Able to work effectively under deadlines and high pressure.
• Ability to work with and build relationships with a wide variety of people
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
• Knowledge of Viewpoint and Keystyle is a plus
