Marketing Support Specialist

Our dynamic Innovation Team is seeking a talented and personable Marketing Support Specialist. This individual will play a key role in supporting Innovation marketing initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to create high-quality marketing materials.

This role requires a unique blend of creative thinking and meticulous attention to detail to ensure all marketing efforts are executed effectively and contribute to the overall success of the team. This role is ideal for a proactive and results-driven individual who can work independently while supporting the team’s long-term vision and priorities.

• Assist in the creation and editing of marketing materials such as presentations, website copy, email newsletters, and proposals.
• Lead the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain marketing templates for consistency and efficiency.
• Assist with the creation of presentations and other visual aids.
• Manage marketing assets, including images, videos, and other digital files.

• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role (preferred)
• Extensive experience with graphic design software; Professional use of Canva is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills: Excellent grammar, punctuation, and the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content
• Strong organizational and time-management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously  
• Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all task
• Creative thinking: Ability to generate new ideas and come up with creative solutions
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve challenges effectively
• Teamwork and collaboration: Ability to work effectively with others and contribute to a positive team environment  
• Adaptability: Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
• Proactive and results-oriented: Ability to take initiative and drive projects forward
