• Conduct regular safety inspections of assigned projects and publish reports for internal improvement and compliance
• Educate and train associates on health and safety related issues
• Work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and Subcontractors to ensure compliance with various safety polices
• Attend preconstruction meetings and other project meetings as required
• Support field personnel by applying problem solving to changing conditions
• Conduct formal investigations in work related incidents to determine cause and corrective actions
• Maintain a current knowledge base of Local, State, and Federal safety and health regulations
• Conduct training to individuals and groups on a variety of risk management subjects
• Oversee safety on projects during high-risk scopes as needed

• 3-7 years' of Safety and Health Experience preferred
• Construction and Concrete Experience is preferred
• Industrial lift truck (forklift) Certified Trainer is desirable
• BS in Occupational Health and Safety or closely related field
• ASP/CSP certification(s) preferred
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver license in your state of residence
• Must be willing to travel approximately 3-4 days/week (Monday - Friday) to Construction Project Sites Nationwide
